The New Jersey Supreme Court consists of seven justices. Even though it had been at first founded in 1776 during the American Revolution, it did not get a transparent form right until the New Jersey Constitution of 1844. In contrast to several other state supreme courts, it does not hold primary jurisdiction over any legal matters. The Court may pe
